Downtown Davis Train Station
Continuing my project documenting Yolo County, today I shot the train station in downtown Davis (erected in 1913) and the surrounding railway. After assuring the officer who approached me shortly after I began shooting that I was not, in fact, a terrorist, I think I got some good shots. The clouds from the morning's rain made for some really excellent skies, something that tends to be rather flat in the summertime; and while it wasn't a terribly busy afternoon, I did manage to get a few travelers in some of the shots. Enjoy!
